Challenge: Supervisors were missing reliable data about employees' professional development and training because employees were not accurately using the tracking software.
Solution: Create a job aid with a summary of how to use the software. The goal is for employees to use the software accurately 80% of the time. May be combined with in-person or virtual training.
Result: Evaluation metrics include comparisons of the following, both before and after the job aid is distributed:
Number of requests for help received by software administrators
Percentage of employees who accurately enroll themselves in events

SOLUTION: Create advertising flyer to be used in combination with an email blast. Create informational flyer to share basic facts to be distributed to interested individuals.

CHALLENGE: Assess effectivenss of newly-renovated learning spaces.
SOLUTION: Conduct survey of trainers and participants using Google Forms. Summarize and present data via infographics.
RESULT: Data from learners are communicated to stakeholders.
TOOL: Canva
